Mike McMillan is a Vice President within the CBRE Data Center Solutions, and based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mike leverages over 25 years of information technology solutions experience including professional sales roles with three different data center providers throughout his career—AT&T in NYC, IPR in Philadelphia and most recently with CyrusOne in Cincinnati—serving Fortune 1,000 clients. As an integrated team member within the Cincinnati Global Corporate Services Group, Mike provides large occupier clients with a suite of data center niche advisory services to enable fully informed decision-making in the critically important world of corporate IT and interconnected data center occupancy strategies.

Mike leverages the industry’s most comprehensive real estate service and data center advisory platform to assist client’s in thoroughly evaluating the financial impacts and associated risks across each of the data center market alternatives— including new construction build-to-suits, existing property acquisitions, surplus dispositions, sale/leasebacks, existing property capital upgrades/renovations, and colo operating lease agreements—all supported by comparative options analysis and strategic planning.
