Michael Pascavis is an integral member of the Investment Properties Group, providing analytical and research support. He is responsible for the analysis of investment properties using various financial software packages including ARGUS, which is the preferred investment analysis software of major institutional investors and lenders. He creates reports and spreadsheets summarizing investment property financials and characteristics for use in investment offering packages, marketing proposals and property valuations. He also provides commercial property research regarding ownership and other characteristics of commercial properties and maintains a research database of local lease and sales transactions.
Michael Pascavis is also a Valuation Associate with close to 2 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. Mr. Pascavis’ primary geographical location is Pennsylvania. He is a Practicing Affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Pascavis’ experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, multi-family and retail.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2011, Mr. Pascavis was a student at Pennsylvania State University pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
