Michael Rizzo is a Senior Vice President (Honorary Title) of CBRE, the world’s largest full-service commercial real estate firm, in its Manhattan office. Mr. Rizzo specializes in consultation and tenant representation, providing real estate advisory and brokerage services to both public and private sector clients. Mr. Rizzo’s clients hail from a wide range of industries and operate in local, national and international capacities.
Mr. Rizzo’s expertise includes lease acquisitions and lease dispositions, lease auditing and strategic development, implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals.
Michael entered the real estate industry following his graduation from St. John’s University, where he majored in Finance. He has ten years of experience in the retail/sporting goods industry.
