Michael Politi

As a tenant representative specialist at the Midtown Manhattan office of CBRE, Michael Politi advises a variety of local, national and international firms on evaluating and implementing their strategic real estate plans. Michael prides himself on client service and cultivating exclusive, long-term relationships with his clients, many of them members of the Fortune 500.

Michael’s thorough and extensive knowledge of the New York City real estate market enables him to structure creative deals for clients in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties/office space. He demonstrates his expertise in the field through his ability to arrange and assist in sophisticated methods of relocation, occupancy cost reduction strategies and lease negotiations.

Accomplished in a number of significant areas, Michael has expertise in real estate marketing, contract and lease negotiations, design of leasing programs and financial analysis. Beyond his experience in tenant representation, he also has a background in landlord representation. Finally, as a New York City resident, he understands the dynamics of the city and finds his career with CBRE and his ability to serve his clients extremely rewarding.

Previous to joining CBRE in 2012, Michael was a Director at Murray Hill Properties, where he began his career in investments and real estate.
