Mikayla is an Associate in the Advisory & Transaction Services / Retail team consisting of Herky Pollock, Tommy McCafferty, and John Jackson. With the wide range of capabilities and specializations that the team members possess, Mikayla has been exposed to a variety of deals in her time with CBRE.
Mikayla joined CBRE as an intern in the summer of 2022. With her impressive work ethic, her enthusiasm, and swift understanding of the business, the competition between teams in the office as to who was going to hire her was intense. Mikayla was ultimately offered and accepted the role as Associate with the retail team she is with today.
Mikayla currently focuses on learning the basics of the business with prospecting, property tours, gathering comps, studying the market, working on marketing properties, and communicating with landlords.
