Michael Moynagh

Michael Moynagh, MAI, became Senior Managing Director of the Valuation & Advisory Services Group's Twin Cities office in Minneapolis in 2017. Prior to this he served as Managing Director since 2002. He has over 25 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. As Senior Managing Director of the Twin Cities office as well as satellite offices in Des Moines, Omaha and Sioux Falls, Mr. Moynagh leads a valuation and advisory staff of 25 that provides exceptional quality appraisal work and customer service in a timely manner. He coordinates all activities for Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Iowa, including overseeing new business development, client relations, and appraisal report production.

Mr. Moynagh has experience providing real estate appraisals, consultations, reviews, and litigation support. His appraisal experience includes a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family residential, hotels and motels, net leased investments, medical office buildings, restaurants, residential and commercial subdivisions, golf courses, airport terminals and hangars and other special purpose properties including mixed-use buildings. Mr. Moynagh holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He was the 2008 President of the Northstar Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Moynagh was part of the Management Team of the Year award within CBRE for 2005, 2006 and 2012 and lead manager for the award in 2017.
