Morgon Fraser is a Senior Analyst with the CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance Group, the in-house mortgage banking division of CBRE. Ms. Fraser is responsible for underwriting commercial and multifamily loans, creating debt marketing packages, and closing loans for the San Diego team and their clients.
Ms. Fraser began her career in Commercial Real Estate accepting a job as a general manager for a portfolio of $100+ million in luxury student housing. Since then, she has worked as a development assistant, retail leasing broker (Agency), and a financial analyst. Her array of experience has provided for a well-rounded education in the nuances of the commercial real estate industry.
