Myles McGinnis

Myles McGinnis is a passionate real estate professional with a proven history of success. He is committed to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals and takes pride in providing them with the highest level of service.

With fourteen years of experience in real estate, including land development, multifamily and single-family construction, and real estate brokerage, Myles spent the better part of a decade at Brookfield Residential, where he was responsible for opening new multifamily product and managing the development of over 10,000 lots. He has analyzed, marketed, and closed sixty-eight properties with a combined value of $191,030,000.

Achievements

In 2018, Myles was Rookie of the year for Denver Active 20-30, which raises over $1 million annually for 160 charities benefitting Colorado children furthest from opportunity. Myles also served as the chair of C4K, the premier philanthropy event of Denver Active 20-30. Further, he volunteers with We Don't Waste, an organization dedicated feeding those who might otherwise go without a meal. Myles also serves on the Alumni Board of Colorado Academy.
