Nick Sharpe is a Senior Investment-Sales Analyst on the Institutional Office and Industrial Team, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties across North Carolina & South Carolina. Prior to joining in Charlotte, Nick worked as an Analyst with CBRE Tampa’s Office investment-sales team, covering the greater Tampa Bay area and West Coast of Florida markets. Nick’s primary role is to analyze financial information to support the sale of institutional and middle-market investment properties.
Prior to joining CBRE in May of 2022, Nick worked with Avison Young’s North Florida team, while completing graduate coursework at the University of Florida.
