Nicholas Hilton is an Executive Vice President for CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services group and is based out of CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. He previously spent 14 years working out of CBRE’s Saddle Brook, NJ office, where he was a market leader and completed more than $2B in transaction value. He represented both tenant and landlord clients across multiple markets. In his role, he represented both institutional property owners like Bentall Kennedy, Equity Commonwealth, and Mack-Cali, and household tenant names like American Express, Royal Bank of Canada, and The Boston Consulting Group.

Nicholas understands the impact real estate has on a company’s overall financial and operational strategy, and partners alongside his clients to create impactful real estate objectives. His insight and expertise into the overall real estate market—from local to multi-market—has brought enhanced value and reduction in costs to his clientele.

Prior to re-joining CBRE, he served as Executive Vice President of leasing for Mack-Cali. He was responsible for the Company’s leasing efforts across the 15M sq. ft. portfolio and management of the in-house leasing team. Additionally, he oversaw assigning and managing third party broker agency agreements, the architecture and design department, the development department, and evaluating potential acquisition and disposition opportunities.

In 2016, Nick was awarded the prestigious Gary J. Beban Teamwork Award for his tireless efforts on behalf of a confidential global professional services client in Atlanta & New York.
