As a Transaction Specialist for the Global Portfolio Services (GPS) team, Nick is responsible for assisting in the ongoing management of real estate transaction activities. His duties encompass market analysis, site selection, and handling facilities maintenance requests across various property types within the complex portfolios of our corporate clients.
Nick demonstrates a strong ability to manage the complete life cycle of various real estate transactions. His eagerness, combined with the support of an experienced transaction group, has enabled him to effectively navigate the complexities of portfolio strategy. Nick is committed to mastering the nuances of corporate client representation, ensuring professional and effective service delivery.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nick interned with the GPS team, focusing on data analysis and developing key skills for managing large corporate portfolios. He began his career as an entrepreneur, successfully running a pressure washing business. Initially, he specialized in residential siding and concrete cleaning services, but as the business expanded, he shifted his focus to more consistent streams of revenue like commercial truck cleaning and large multifamily developments. These experiences have equipped him with transferable skills that are evident in his role as a Transaction Specialist here on the team.
