Entering the LA North market as an office leasing and sales advisor with CBRE, Nick Moran provides unrelenting work ethic towards increasing value, mitigating transactional risks, and evaluating the effectiveness of his clients’ real estate portfolios. Alongside a strategic partnership with Dalton Saberhagen and Bob Pearson, Nick joins a top brokerage team in the market, focused on agency and tenant representation, as well as investment sales.

Nick’s specialization along the Conejo and San Fernando Valley office market allows for exceptional insights specific to owners and occupiers of this geography. Additionally, for select multi-market occupiers, Nick’s expertise spans across geographies, allowing him to leverage CBRE’s global platform to service client needs throughout the country. Valuing integrity above all else, Nick has built his successful practice on the pillars of honesty, responsiveness, and accountability.

Nick is active in NAIOP Southern California, the leading advocacy and commercial real estate trade organization in SoCal, and has been hand selected by CBRE company leadership to co-head LA North’s Rising Professionals Organization. He is a native to Thousand Oaks, CA and stays connected to his UC Davis education thought the Cal Aggies Alumni Association.
