Nick Smith is a Senior Associate within the Omaha office in the Midwest Region. Mr. Smith joined CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services Group in November 2021. Prior to joining CBRE, Nick was an analyst for a commercial real estate appraisal firm in St. Louis and Kansas City. His geographical focus is the states of Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.
Mr. Smith is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser with over four years of commercial real estate experience. Nick has provided appraisal and consulting services for a variety of investment grade commercial real estate products for financing, acquisition/disposition, and asset evaluation.
Mr. Smith provides appraisal and consulting services for a variety of property types including multi- family, retail, office, medical office, industrial, self-storage, land development, agricultural land, mixed-use, and special-use properties.
