Professional Experience
Nicolás Ferrero joined CBRE Argentina in 2019, assuming his role as Research Manager in 2021. He leads the team providing support to each of the business units in Argentina as well as the regional and global platforms that encompass CBRE Research.
Nicolás oversees the preparation of qualitative and quantitative real estate reports for Argentina and Uruguay, focusing on offices, warehouse & logistics and retail markets. He is also responsible for tracking Argentina's main economic and financial variables.
Nicolás has a degree in Architecture from the University of Belgrano (UB) and a Master’s in finance from Universidad del CEMA. Prior to CBRE, Nicolás brings his three years’ experience as a Project Manager for WeWork coordinating Latin-American projects.
