Paige Morgan is a Executive Vice President with CBRE based in Portland, Oregon. She joined the company in January of 2019, bringing with her more than twenty years of experience in managing complex dispositions, equity placement and recapitalizations.

Throughout her career, Paige has successfully executed more than $6 billion of transactions across the Pacific Northwest and has consistently earned recognition as one of the market’s top-performing brokers, receiving industry achievement awards from NAIOP, SIOR, CAB and CoStar. In 2022, Paige and her West Coast team executed over 72 deals with a total transaction value in excess of $7.2 billion, covering 31.1 MSF and 482 Acres.

Prior to joining CBRE’s Capital Markets platform, Paige led Jones Lang LaSalle’s institutional team in Portland. Her background also includes five years with Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. and five years as an Investment Manager with regional developer Schnitzer West. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Washington and completed her undergraduate education at Brown University.
