Associated Office
Parker LaBarge joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate. Parker has played a key role in tenant representation and project leasing for our medical/office brokerage team efforts, which have resulted in transaction volume exceeding 2,000,000 SF. While Parker focuses on South Central Texas and the San Antonio market, his advisory and transactional services have spanned beyond Texas’ borders. He specializes in finding customized real estate solutions for businesses undergoing corporate change or seeking innovative investment opportunities. Parker’s collaborative efforts with his clients have achieved consistent cost saving results and income producing outcomes.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Parker played professional golf for seven years on several national tours following his collegiate success at Rice University in Houston.
An active community leader, Parker serves as a member of the San Antonio Rotary Club and sits on the facilities committee at St. George Episcopal School while also being an active supporter of countless local non-profits.
Parker is currently fulfilling requirements for his Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM). He is married and a proud parent of three children.
