Associated Office
As First Vice President in the Occupier Services Group, Patrick Gruden specializes in assisting corporate clients in developing and implementing strategic real estate plans designed to meet specific management objectives. His expertise includes representing tenants on new lease acquisitions, renewals, build-to-suits, land acquisition, corporate dispositions and corporate consulting assignments. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to the representation of occupiers in the market.
Patrick has result driven experience with more than 25 years of successful strategic sales, marketing and project planning experience. Combining portfolio and strategic planning with proven transaction management processes, Patrick has been integral in designing and implementing real estate plans for his clients resulting in significantly reduced occupancy costs.
