Mr. Patrick McCabe has been in the commercial real estate practice at CBRE, Inc. since 1989. With significant experience in both sales and leasing, Pat is focused on freestanding buildings, commercial development, -redevelopment projects, storefronts and shopping center sales within the Tri-State area. Mr. McCabe has represented developers, private investors and retailers in various transactions. Currently, Pat’s focus is expanding his agency representation within the Tri-state area.
Over his career, Pat has been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion in value and 6 million square feet of space. Recent projects have included the redevelopment of underutilized retail into mixed use residential / commercial developments.
