Paul Ahmed is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s South Florida Debt & Structured Finance team based in Fort Lauderdale. His team provides debt advisory services to meet the financing needs of the full spectrum of commercial real estate investors from individual borrowers and middle market owners to large institutional entities.

Mr. Ahmed is an accomplished professional with an extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate lending market. He specializes in debt placement and has long standing relationships with life insurance companies, banks, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac, and institutional lenders.

With more than 25 years of experience originating commercial real estate mortgages in South Florida, Mr. Ahmed has closed in excess of $12 billion in commercial real estate loans across all asset classes, including multifamily, retail, office and industrial. 

As an active participant within the South Florida business community, Mr. Ahmed serves as a board trustee and past Chapter chair for the South Florida Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
