Paul Chaffee is a Vice President with CBRE specializing in business brokerage and receivership services in the Southern Nevada market. Paul has more than 21 years of Commercial Real Estate experience and has been doing business in Las Vegas for more than 36 years. Paul has been involved in transactions spanning a variety of property types including office, multifamily, vacant land, retail, industrial, taverns and restaurants. His extensive experience, vast network of strong client relationships and impressive track record for success ensure his clients receive maximum value for their assets.
Paul is a proud CCIM member, serving as President of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter and sitting on two committees. He has also been a board member of the Lied Center for Real Estate since 2006, where he has proudly served as the Membership and Mentorship Chairman. He continues to serve the Lied Center as the Associate Director and as a Professor. His passion for education also extends to the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Paul is a founder father of the Kappa Omicron Chapter at UNLV and was founding president.
Prior to joining CBRE Paul founded C Squared Real Estate Services and worked for several other recognized commercial real estate firms where he was repeatedly recognized both locally and nationally as a top producer.
Paul is a steward of the community, supporting several charities for children with cancer, lupus, and homeless teens. He was one of the inaugural camp counselors for Camp Firefly, a camp for children with childhood cancer, and participated in the camp for over 10 years. Paul has also served on several charity boards in Southern Nevada, to include the Cystic Fibrosis Center, Variety Children’s Charity, and Candlelighter.
