Paul Weimer is an Executive Vice President with CBRE Hotels, focused on serving owners and investors in Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America. A hospitality professional with more than 20 years of expertise, Mr. Weimer has extensive hotel transaction experience, having been involved with over $5 billion in closed hospitality dispositions.  Additionally, Mr. Weimer has extensive private equity and hotel asset management experience. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Weimer was a part of The Charre Group where he and his team earned a reputation focusing on transactions in Florida and the Caribbean as a trusted real estate investment banking firm and advisor dedicated to the lodging industry.  Prior to forming the Charre Group, Mr. Weimer spent several years at Trinity Hotel Investors, where he was a director of business development and involved with asset managing the firm’s portfolio of hotel assets.
