Leveraging over 13 years in the construction industry and almost a
decade of dedicated project management experience, Rachael has a
deep understanding of how to execute a successful project. Mitigating
risk is key to the quality project management services she provides
clients. Rachael is known for fostering teams that collaborate closely
leading to adept problem solving whenever issues arise.
Rachael addresses client concerns about market and inflation driven cost
increases by managing expectations and getting creative with solutions
so projects stay on time and in line with budgets. She is a trusted advisor
and client advocate, regularly communicating to ensure client needs are
being met. Her office build-out experience spans a variety of industries,
including financial services, legal, education, technology, and food and
beverage, in the downtown Chicago and suburban markets.
Prior to joining CBRE, Rachael successfully completed over $58 million in
total volume at Pepper Construction, where she was responsible for
complete management of the construction process from pre-
construction through closeout.
