Randy Tlachac

Randy Tlachac is a Project Manager with CBRE.  Mr. Tlachac oversees Tenant Improvement and Capital projects for CBREs’ managed portfolio in the Phoenix area. He works closely with Real Estate Managers and Tenant Rep Brokers to serve clients with a full spectrum of contract negotiating, contract management, cost control, and construction management services ranging from preliminary planning through completion and move-in.

Mr. Tlachac brings clients more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, the last 20 with CBRE. Before assuming his Project Management position, he served as Chief Engineer for various locations, including a 260,000 square foot, Class A office building. His duties there encompassed planning and scheduling Tenant Improvements, reviewing space plans and specifications, providing value engineering options, overseeing the RFP process and bid evaluation, supervising service contractors and monitoring general contractors, coordinating all security and tele/data vendors, scheduling final inspections, verifying costs compared to budget, ensuring necessary warranties, and close out packages. In this role, he also worked closely with architects and engineers to improve the mechanical and electrical system designs critical to successful implementation of the space usage. Mr. Tlachac began his career with Holiday Inns in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
