For over 19 years Rich Pancioli has focused his career exclusively on office tenant (Occupier) representation. He has executed or participated in over 1,400 transactions totaling over 17 million square feet with a total lease value of over $2 billion. Rich’s clients range from small local firms to Fortune 10 companies with global portfolio requirements. He provides value-driven tenant representation and risk management for his clients’ corporate real estate needs with a “Consultative” real estate approach. Rich focuses on trying to understand his clients’ needs and business drivers, while simultaneously targeting bottom-line, balance-sheet savings and risk-averse solutions for his clients’ business longevity.
