Rick McGeagh

Rick McGeagh serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to investors, developers, and occupiers of industrial real estate in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Rick McGeagh started his career with CBRE in January 1986 and recently celebrated his 35th Anniversary. Over his career, he has been involved in over 2,600 sale and lease transactions – totaling approximately 160 million square feet, and 9 billion dollars in consideration.

Focusing his efforts on industrial properties in the Mid-Counties area* of Southern California, Mr. McGeagh is recognized as a market leader and has been acknowledged consistently for his excellent performance. In 30 of his 35 years, he has been honored for top performance at CBRE.

Mr. McGeagh works in partnership with Josh Bonwell and Trent Peterson. They have been strategically assembled to serve institutional clients in the Mid Counties, North Orange County, and West Orange County areas.
