Rob Perkins

Rob Perkins joined CBRE in July 2021, and serves as Managing Director of Asset Services for the greater Sacramento, Stockton, and Reno markets. Mr. Perkins holds overall responsibility for regional operations encompassing nearly 24MSF of management assignments . The Asset Services team of 30 under Rob’s leadership manage a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, and retail properties. Mr. Perkins provides supervision for management, leasing, receivership, and construction consulting services to a variety of clients, including major institutional investors, realty/pension fund advisors, and private ownership entities.

Rob Perkins joins CBRE from Hines where he started his career as an Assistant Property Manager – to assist in the opening of a premiere commercial office building in downtown Los Angeles.  Rob worked his way up through the organization holding a variety of leadership roles.  Most notably, Rob was Property Management Leader of the Hines Sacramento portfolio for seven years, and most recently he was responsible for leading Hines facilities management teams at Facebook in Menlo Park / greater San Francisco sites, and Amazon in Settle, WA.

Alongside his various teams, he has earned three BOMA TOBY International awards. Rob has served on Sacramento’s BOMA Executive Board and BOMA’s National Advisory Council.  Prior to his work at Hines, Rob worked in Facilities Management at University of California, Davis.
