Associated Office
Robert Hill is a Senior Vice President in the Midtown office of CBRE. As a co-leader of CBRE New York’s National Technology & Media Practice Group, Mr. Hill analyzes and determines financial, operational and qualitative requirements for technology, media, entertainment and fashion companies locally and globally. He also assists in the development, planning and execution of complicated long-term real estate strategies. During his tenure with CBRE, Mr. Hill’s accolades have included Rookie of the Year in 2006, being elevated to Senior Associate in 2008, Vice President in 2010, First Vice President in 2012 and most recently Senior Vice President in 2014.
Mr. Hill has negotiated and structured over 179 leases totaling 7.6 MM Square Feet and $5.7 BB in Total Value.
Occupier clients include Sirius XM, AMC Networks, Warner Music Group, Netflix, S & P, ASCAP, Lendlease, Expedia, Gannett, Tribune Media, Sprint, McGraw-Hill, Informa PLC, Edelman, Express, Maxim Magazine, Criteo, Main Street Hub, Verve Wireless, InMobi, World Surf League, Trepp, Comscore, XO Group, T-Capital Management (Private investment vehicle for Tommy Hilfiger), Westwood One, Ford Motor, Tata Consultancy Services, British Telecom, ICICI Bank, OCBC Bank, CBRE Investors, State of California.

Before embarking on his real estate career, Mr. Hill served as a White House intern in its White House Office of Public Liaison. His responsibilities included the planning and writing of White House briefings, daily interactions with World Leaders, and promoting presidential priorities through direct outreach to constituencies and public interest groups.
