Robert Roller

Robert Roller more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate throughout Western New York. In 1981 he founded Comvest Consulting, Inc., which joined CBRE’s affiliate program in 1997 and is now known as CBRE Upstate NY.

Bob specializes in retail site selection, land assemblages, municipal permits/approvals, dispositions, and lease negotiations.

During Bob’s career he has helped lease, sell, and acquire countless properties in the Buffalo area. Some notable properties he has transacted include the Dun Building, Main-Court Building, Rand Building, Theater Place, and the land used to develop the University at Buffalo’s Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

Prior to Bob’s career in commercial real estate, he was a mortgage officer with Buffalo Savings Bank. Bob served as an officer and director of the Niagara Frontier Builders Association and director of the Greater Buffalo Board of Realtors.
