Rodger Anderson is a Senior Vice President with CBRE. With more than 25 years in the retail real estate business, he has represented numerous retailers and landlords throughout Central Texas. His current tenant client list includes many national and regional retailers including 7-11, Sprouts Farmer's Market, Macy's Backstage, Lifetime Fitness, Capital One, Petco, Men's Wearhouse and Luke's Locker. His project leasing assignments include premier properties such as The Rim, a 950,000-square-foot center in San Antonio, and Sunset Valley Village, a 350,000-square-foot center in Austin.
Rodger previously served as President of the Vanguard Company, a company with an outstanding reputation in the Austin market that merged with UCR. UCR was acquired by CBRE in 2015. Prior to entering the real estate field in 1983, Rodger worked in public accounting with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. His personal interests include golf and saltwater fishing.
