Rona Fourtè is the leader of CBRE's global supplier diversity efforts. She supports small and diverse businesses through CBRE's supplier diversity program, which focuses on investing in high-potential diverse suppliers. Rona advocates for prioritizing supplier diversity within CBRE and its clients. Her team analyzes financial and qualitative benefits like cost savings, effectiveness, and innovation to demonstrate return on investment.
Rona's primary focus is achieving CBRE's goal of spending $3 billion with diverse suppliers by 2025. To accomplish this, her team conducts maturity assessments to enhance processes and increase engagement with diverse suppliers across various regions of the business. Rona is committed to driving meaningful change and fostering an inclusive supplier network within CBRE.
Before CBRE, she worked at United Airlines and Walgreens Boots Alliance, where she was responsible for developing and implementing business enterprise programs to meet diversity goals through advocacy, influence, training and analysis.
Rona has been cited in numerous publications and has received recognition for advocacy and commitment. She is an active member of the community, serving organizations throughout the U.S., including affiliates of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, Disability In, and the community boards of Providence Englewood Charter School and Holsten Human Capital Development.
