Ryan Luck is a Vice President (Honorary Title) in the Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office. He is responsible for developing, analyzing, and executing real estate strategies for major corporations and creating cash flow and other financial models to analyze the acquisition and disposition of leased assets on both a cash and P&L basis. Ryan maintains an active role in the collection, organization and analysis of all information pertaining to a particular assignment.
Prior to joining CBRE’s Consulting Group, Ryan was chosen to participate in the Wheel Program, an 18-month rotational assignments program designed to give young professionals a well-rounded foundation in the commercial real estate industry.
He completed the following rotations throughout the Wheel Program: Research, Brokerage, Consulting / Agency, Investment Sales, Debt & Structured Finance and Workplace Strategies.
