Sam Littlejohn specializes in both landlord and tenant representation in the retail sector at CBRE, providing integral advisory and transaction services for his clients. Sam brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, having completed successful transactions throughout the United States.
Prior to brokerage, Sam served as Senior Vice President of Guaranty Bank’s Capital Markets Group where he worked on structuring and negotiating the closing of over $5.2 billion in commercial real estate debt placements and syndications nationally.
Sam graduated with honors from Hampton University in Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Sam is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The Real Estate Council (TREC) and has been named a Power Broker by D Magazine.
