Sam Sockwell

Sam has been with CBRE for over 20 years and currently serves as a EV Solutions Lead, Energy & Resources, leading sales and client solutions for the CBRE GWS Central Division. In his current role, Sam is responsible for building integrated real estate outsourcing solutions for clients.

Prior to his current role, Sam was a Division Director and was responsible for managing numerous strategic accounts for CBRE GWS. In addition, Sam has served as a Global Alliance Director and led diverse teams of over ~900 employees to provide transaction management, project management, facilities management and consulting services globally.

Over the past 20 years, Sam has delivered millions in savings for CBRE clients through improved facility management delivery, strategic portfolio analysis and project management initiatives. Prior to the Global Alliance Director role, Sam led new account transitions for CBRE GWS and has successfully transitioned over 50 large corporate clients.
