Sam Sufi

Sam Sufi is a Vice President at CBRE and specializes in the sale of industrial, office and retail investment properties in Tucson. Sam began his career at CBRE in 2019 where he focused primarily on the sale and leasing of office and medical properties. In 2021, Sam joined Diamond Ventures on the buy side managing various investments in retail shopping centers, industrial, and office buildings. In 2025, Sam returned to CBRE to expand working with various investors, developers, and owners to facilitate investment sale transactions.

Sam’s background working both as investor and developer, provides clients with a comprehensive service including thorough diligence and underwriting, along with thoughtful transaction and negotiation management. With experience structuring complex deals, Sam brings in creative solutions with a track record of execution. Prior to joining CBRE, Sam worked as a Project Engineer for Sundt Construction and a Junior Architect at Mardi Architecture and Design. He has a Bachelor of Architecture and an MBA in Finance, and coached Junior Tennis tournament players while studying, and holds 6 Arizona State Titles in Tennis.
