Sarah Starry

Sarah Starry joined CBRE in 2022 with a primary focus on representing national lifestyle, entertainment, hospitality, and food & beverage tenants in their multi-market expansion. Leveraging the CBRE platform and research capabilities, Sarah is able to provide a high level of expertise and service to each client assignment. Sarah is a member of CBRE’s Restaurant Practice specializing in Emerging Brands.

Sarah began her retail commercial real estate career at Streetwise Retail Advisors in 2016 where she represented Sprouts Farmers Market, the Barteca Restaurant Group, Target, iPic, Glossier, and several local tenants and landlords. Prior to joining CBRE, she was the Director of Leasing for Radom Capital where she led project leasing efforts for over 650,000 SF of award-winning mixed-use urban developments including Montrose Collective, M-K-T, 3201 Allen, 375 W 19th St, Yale Grove, and Heights Clock Tower. Here she completed deals with tenants such as Reformation, Buck Mason, Ganni, Mejuri, Gorjana, La La Land Coffee, Atlas Restaurant Group, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Picnik, Flagship Restaurant Group, Glosslab, Solidcore, and dozens of top local chefs and merchants.

A resident of the Houston Heights since graduating from Texas A&M University, Sarah enjoys time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, traveling, playing golf, and is the founder and designer of the recognized “bed. no breakfast”, Starry’s Studio, in her hometown of Fredericksburg, Texas.
