Mr. Reppert is responsible for overseeing CBRE’s global partnership with Johnson Controls (JCI).  He facilitates the sale of JCI products and services across the entire CBRE enterprise of business units and clients.  He also coordinates CBRE’s delivery of facility management and project management services to Public Private Partnership contracts awarded to JCI.

Mr. Reppert serves as the co-leader of CBRE Military, an internal networking group consisting of over 2,000 CBRE veterans. The purpose of CBRE Military is to assist the firm with its veteran recruiting and career development, coordinate charitable activities focused on the military community, and leverage the experience of these employees to better serve CBRE’s military clients.

CBRE, 2000- 2015

As a leader in CBRE’s Public Institutions and Education Solutions group, Mr. Reppert worked with federal, state, and local governments as well as higher education institutions to develop and implement real estate outsourcing solutions that align with their real estate requirements with their overall financial and operational objectives.

As Real Estate Director, Mr. Reppert led the Dispositions and Lease Administration teams for the ExxonMobil Real Estate Outsourcing Account. In a two year period, Mr. Reppert led the team responsible for selling over 535 surplus retail locations. These sales yielded total revenue of $370 million for the client and were sold at an average of 115% of appraised value.

Prior to that, Mr. Reppert served as the Director of Operations for the American Express Real Estate Outsourcing Account. Mr. Reppert streamlined the annual business planning process, budgeted and forecasted over $100 million of annual client operating expenses, and instituted the process for documenting value creation for American Express (nearly $30M of savings and cost avoidance in 2003).

Mr. Reppert reported for two years to the President of Global Services as an internal consultant, assisting in the development of business strategy, competitive analysis, and cost reduction. Mr. Reppert championed the company-wide adoption of the e-commerce platform, increased employee participation by 45%, and reduced client expenses by an average of 10%. Mr. Reppert also implemented and managed the process for tracking over $60 million of internal cost reduction.

U.S. Army, 1994-1998

Prior to his career with CBRE, Mr. Reppert served four years of active duty service as an Army officer, culminating with a position of Detachment Commander for a 40-person finance unit in Anchorage, Alaska. Mr. Reppert is a graduate of both Airborne and Ranger Schools.
