As a Project Manager for CBRE, Scott Ross brings many years of experience in Facilities Management and Construction. He possesses extensive knowledge of pre-construction budgeting, construction materials and methods, value engineering, scheduling and quality control within commercial and residential industries.
Scott directs all phases of project management guided by his technical expertise allowing him to minimize risk and maximize value opportunities for our clients.
Scott’s multifaceted capabilities ensure a smooth and successful project lifecycle while acting as a significant liaison between clients, vendors, general contractors, and brokers.
Prior to joining CBRE Project Management, Scott was a Facilities/Operations Manager for CBRE’s Global Workspace Solutions Team where he was responsible for a 6M Sq. Ft. portfolio encompassing 43 locations and $1.2M Facilitates Management Budget across Southern California and Arizona.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2013 Scott served as the building engineer for a local School District, and also served 8 years in the United States Marine Corp, where he had the distinguished honor of being the Military Liaison / Project Manager for the closure of Marine Corp Air Station El Toro. He was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for his efforts.
