Scott Thurman is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of FHA Lending for CBRE. He started his career at FHA and has 30+ years of FHA lending experience. Prior to taking his current position at CBRE, Scott has held senior leadership positions in production management, underwriting, closing and construction management.

During his career, Scott has underwritten affordable and market rate transactions involving multifamily and healthcare developments. He is a recognized expert on FHA underwriting by HUD and his peers.
