Sean is a Transaction Manager for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Portfolio Advisory and Transaction Services team in Cincinnati, Ohio. His team is one of a few designated “hub” centers of excellence within CBRE for best-in-class delivery of transaction management programs to large corporate occupiers. Sean and his team provide strategic planning, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives for a diverse set of leading corporations, with total portfolio advisory responsibility across 75 million square feet in more than 60 countries.
In his role as Transaction Manager, Sean provides a wide range of portfolio and transaction support services—including transaction process management, coordination of client portfolio savings diagnostics, portfolio database management, and various benchmarking and performance metrics reports—across the spectrum of client accounts managed by his team.
Prior to joining CBRE, he worked at DHL Group where he served as a Senior Manger, Commercial Real Estate supporting the Americas Region. He led Transactions and Teams with highly specialized transactions across multiple business segments within the group while managing relationships with multiple brokerage houses. Prior to DHL, he worked as a Senior Transaction Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield out of their Portfolio Services Center. There he represented several Fortune 500 clients with site acquisition, lease renewal, and disposition transactions. Sean also worked for AT&T where he managed the Retail Real Estate portfolio for AT&T’s Mid-Atlantic Market (VA, NC, WV, and Eastern KY). He managed the renewals/remodels/relocations for the existing locations. For new site acquisition, he handled site selection, store design coordination, construction works, merchandising, and facilitated in the grand opening process.
