Shane Sweeney, PMP

Shane is the head of the Cost Consultancy group for CBRE within North America. Shane leads a team of 50+ cost professionals spread across the United States and Canada, He is focused on the group’s recruitment, business development, training, and standardization of work practices. He is involved with local, national, and international projects delivering project costs on budget to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

He is a construction professional with 15+ years international experience within Europe and North America. He is responsible for estimating and budgeting oversight on some of the largest projects in North America. He has had extensive experience in the hospitality, industrial, life science, financial services, and retail construction sectors. He has spent his career working directly with contractors, owners, and design teams to ensure accurate budgets are established, and all costs are managed throughout the project life cycle.
