Shay Kenney

Shay is a Senior Associate in the Advisory & Transaction Services Group in the Midtown Manhattan office of CBRE. Since joining CBRE in 2021, Shay has specialized in the agency representation and marketing of office real estate for a number of institutional and entrepreneurial owners including Ivanhoe Cambridge, The Swig Company, Nuveen, American Realty Advisors, Savanna, and Spear Street Capital. Shay is responsible in lease negotiations, preparing proposals, maintaining leasing reports, conducting tenant tours, and organizing marketing collaterals and transactional documents.

She currently services a portfolio of buildings totaling approximately 7 million square feet throughout New York City. Recent notable transactions in her portfolio include 180,000 RSF of leases completed at 1411 Broadway in 2024 and 200,000 RSF of leases signed at 730 Third Avenue since its renovation, achieving 94% occupancy. Shay leverages her expertise in commercial real estate and technology to develop creative solutions for her clients. She is an entrepreneurial leader who is highly focused on developing and enhancing client relationships.
