Shirley Laymance is a Senior Transaction Manager within the CBRE, Inc. (CBRE) Global Corporate Services group in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Laymance and her teammates focus on representing corporate customers for domestic and international transactions. They specialize in developing and implementing transaction management strategies and processes that produce occupancy cost savings for their clients. Since coming to CBRE, Ms. Laymance has transacted and overseen almost 500 deals in excess of 11 million square feet.

Prior to CBRE, Inc. Ms. Laymance was employed with Mohr Partners, Inc. for 4 years as a Senior Portfolio Account Manager where she successfully negotiated over 200 leases totaling over 1 million square feet. Having spent the first 18 years of her career as a Landlord representative, Ms. Laymance bring a unique and valuable insight to better serve her current CBRE tenant based clientele.
