Simon is a Director within the Building, Depreciation and Cost Consultancy team at CBRE. Simon has worked in commercial building consultancy since 1997 in the United Kingdom and for the last 10 years in Australia.
Since joining CBRE, Simon and the National Building Consultancy team have engaged and drawn upon our substantial client base to develop and deliver a tailored service across both transactional and asset management engagements.
Simon is a Chartered Building Surveyor and provides technical expert building consultancy advice across all property sectors and asset classes. He has worked on some of the largest property transactions and assets in Australia, assisting private, institutional and overseas clients understanding the physical risks and costs associated with property.
