Steve Sutherland has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage – 28 years of which have been with CBRE. Mr. Sutherland began with the leasing of office and high-tech space, serving clients such as Control Data Corporation and KMPG. He now focuses on investment sales – office, industrial and retail properties. He has been involved with over $800 Million of transaction in the Puget Sound area.

Mr. Sutherland’s knowledge of financial analytics brings maximum value for clients in the disposition of their real estate assets.
