Stewart I. Weston is an Executive Vice President in the Newport Beach office for CBRE. With nearly 30 years’ experience in multifamily brokerage, Stew is known for his meticulous approach to sizing up a property, uncovering hidden potential and crafting innovative strategies that maximize asset value. Through CBRE’s market-leading platform, Stew offers clients access to the extensive resources of the nation’s premier real estate investment brokerage company. He has worked in commercial real estate in southern California since 1991 and brings a profound understanding of the sub-markets, product types, market dynamics and other factors that impact property value and income. Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, Stewart was an Executive Director at Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, where he successfully closed more than $8 billion in Southern California multifamily product. Stew is a skillful problem-solver and process expert who delivers the highest level of service and accountability, and consistently exceeds client expectations for price, speed and surety of execution. Stewart earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. from California State University - Long Beach.
