Stokley Brace serves as a Vice President on the Debt and Structured Finance team at CBRE Affordable Housing, where he primarily focuses on the mortgage banking of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac affordable housing loan programs. Stokley specializes in Section 42, Section 8, and mixed-income multifamily assets throughout the United States.
Prior to becoming an Originator with CBRE Affordable Housing, he spent 3 years as a Production Loan Analyst and was involved in over $750 million of closed loan volume. Prior to that he was a CBRE Capital Markets intern and specialized in the valuation and financing of Industrial & Logistics assets throughout the Tri-State region.
