Suzanne Han is a Marketing Specialist in CBRE’s marketing division for the Americas. Based in Chicago, the marketing group serves as the Midwest hub for Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Indianapolis and Cincinnati. She is responsible for managing project intake across several business lines and distributing assignments to a team of designers and writers. She conducts initial meetings with CBRE professionals, gauging project type, strategic alignments and overall deliverable specifications. She is constantly mindful of each group member’s workload and works tirelessly gathering content and edits. Working in a strategic role, Suzanne consistently manages tight deadlines and ensures projects reach completion.

Suzanne also manages the team’s internal software data tracking system, Workfront (formally AtTask), a web-based project management software featuring enterprise work management, issue tracking, document management, time tracking and portfolio management. Chicago served as a test market for this software in a pilot program effective early 2013. Suzanne served as point of contact, working directly with software executives and diligently participating in trainings. She led the rollout of Workfront with the local marketing team in Q4 2013.

Prior to the marketing department’s restructure, Suzanne served as the group’s point of contact for all vendor management and events. She worked in a multifaceted role, supporting the team in new business development, administrative duties and basic design work.

Prior to joining CBRE, Suzanne served as a Diversity Coordinator for Turner Broadcasting System Inc., responsible for managing preferred vendors, invoicing and event planning. Before joining Turner, Suzanne served in a client management role, mitigating risk and resolving conflicts. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Georgia State University.
