Terry R. Quarterman, Senior Vice President, is with CBRE, Inc’s (CBRE) Industrial Specialty Group in Jacksonville, Florida. Terry has been with CBRE for over 37 years and is the senior tenured broker in the Jacksonville office specializing in the sales, leasing and investment sales of industrial properties. Terry was CBRE Jacksonville’s top producer in 2017 and in the top 20% of all CBRE in 2017. During this time, he has sold/leased over 75,000,000 square feet of industrial properties and over 8,000 acres of land totaling more than $1B in total consideration.
Terry is a member of the Special Properties Group (“SPG”), which specializes in the sale of large industrial facilities in markets not typically serviced by local CBRE offices. As a member of SPG, Terry covers all of the north and northwestern Florida, including Pensacola, Daytona Beach and Ocala. Terry has sold/leased over 3,000,000 square feet of industrial properties through the SPG platform.
Prior to joining CBRE, Terry was with Exxon/Mobil Oil Corporation from 1978-1981, during which time he was named “Rookie of the Year.” Terry has been a top producer for CBRE on both local and national basis winning numerous awards.
Terry attended Florida State University and the University of North Florida, graduating in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Terry is married with one child.
