Associated Office
Tom Carroll is a financial analyst in the U.S. Western Division Finance & Operations team. He partners with the Office Operation Managers and Managing Directors in the Northwest Region to drive efficiency in reporting to our corporate counterparts. Specifically, he reports on revenues, compensations and operating expenses during month-end reviews, forecasting and budgeting and variance analysis.
Tom joined CBRE in August of 2012. Prior to joining the company, Tom was a financial analyst for the wire and cable distribution company, Anixter, Inc. While managing over 25 P&Ls throughout the U.S., he was responsible for budgeting and forecasting, variance and productivity analysis, month-end close, and further ad-hoc reporting. Working directly with the warehouse managers, he drove productivity improvement while keeping expenses at or below budgets.
