Tim Raber, SIOR

Tim specializes in the sales, leasing and development of industrial properties throughout the Southeast. Working with Robert Barrineau and Brendan Redeyoff, the team leverages more than +50yrs of combined industrial real estate experience.

Tim began his commercial real estate career as a research analyst in 2015 establishing a strong knowledge of the Southeast industrial market. Since 2015, his teams have been an integral part in the industrial economic development for the Charleston Region with over $500 million in transaction value while working with companies that produce multi-billion dollar economic impact for South Carolina. His approach in life is detailed and analytical. He strives to provide clients with a well-rounded understanding of the market based on real-time data combined with creative concepts to help position properties to meet clients’ needs.

His love for industrial real estate started at a young age from his family’s metal business in SWFL. He has a close connection with the businesses he represents as industrial has been in his blood his entire life. He is truly committed to helping his clients at every level to provide them with the best service and guidance.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University
